These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the SmartASK App mobile and/or web application (the “App”), available to authorized business users.

1. Eligibility and Access

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity associated with your account.

• Your violation of these Terms;
